How Online Notarization works:

Upload your document to our secure site before your session so we can review it in advance. We’ll send you easy, step-by-step instructions to guide you through the process.
Get notarized online
Join the video session, verify your identity, and sign. Your notarized document will be emailed to you. Most general notary sessions can be completed in about 15 minutes.
Mobile Notary
For individual or business clients in DeSoto County, FL, and surrounding areas, we offer scheduling for in-person notarizations at a location that’s convenient for you. Whether it’s your office, home, healthcare facility, closing site, or favorite coffee shop, we’ll come to you.
